- Individual Learning Modules: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of enrollment purchase, provided you have accessed less than 20% of the course content.
- Course Bundles: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of enrollment purchase, provided you have accessed less than 20% of the total bundle content.
- Subscription Services: Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time, with refunds prorated for unused days if canceled within 7 days of the billing cycle start date.
- Annual Subscriptions: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of initial enrollment purchase, with a prorated refund based on unused months.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally not refundable:
- Completed learning modules where more than 20% of content has been accessed
- Learning Modules enrollment purchased during promotional periods or at discounted rates, unless otherwise stated
- Downloadable materials, certificates, or credentials that have been issued
- One-time access fees or administrative charges
- Gift enrollment purchases or promotional credits
- Third-party services or materials enrollment purchased through our learning portal
Refund Request Process
How to Request a Refund
To ask for a refund, use the steps below:

- Include your order number, purchase date, and reason for the refund request
- Provide any relevant documentation or evidence supporting your request
- Allow up to 5 business days for our team to review your request
Processing Time
After a refund request is accepted:

- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account

If you experience technical difficulties preventing access to enrollment purchased content:

- If issues cannot be resolved, a full refund may be issued at our discretion
Course Cancellations
If LedgerPath Academy cancels or discontinues a course you have enrollment purchased:

- You will be notified via email within 3 business days of the cancellation
Dissatisfaction with Content
While we strive for excellence, if you are dissatisfied with course content:

Partial Refunds

Refund Denials
A refund may be declined when:
- The request is made outside the eligible timeframe
- You have accessed more than the allowed percentage of content
- The purchase falls under non-refundable categories
- Evidence of policy abuse or fraud is detected
- You have previously received multiple refunds, suggesting pattern abuse
Course Access After Refund
When a refund has been approved and processed:
- Access to the refunded course or content will be immediately revoked
- Any downloaded materials must be deleted
- Certificates or credentials issued will be invalidated
- You may not re-enroll in the same course at a promotional rate
Promotional and Discount Refunds
For enrollment purchases made during promotional periods:
- Refunds will be issued at the price paid, not the original price
- Promotional codes and discounts are non-transferable and non-refundable
- Bundle discounts are calculated proportionally if partial refunds apply
Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
